Foundations of Beautiful Baking is a gentle, confidence-building workshop designed to change that.
In this welcoming, hands-on experience, we slow down and return to the basics — understanding ingredients, learning proper measuring techniques, and discovering the mixing methods that create structure, tenderness, and flavor. Rather than simply following a recipe, you will begin to understand why baking works.
